Anya Shaddock is an Icelandic-American singer, songwriter and producer born in Boston and raised in the Eastfjords of Iceland. Her music blends pop, R&B, indie and jazz with a strong focus on melody, vocal layering and emotional depth.
She first gained attention by winning both Samfés and Nótan with original material and later reached the Top 18 on Idol Iceland. Her work is rooted in personal experience, often exploring themes that are rarely spoken about. Anya writes and produces her own material and is currently developing both Icelandic and English releases, with a clear focus on building an international career.

Anya hefur verið að koma fram með sína eigin tónlist á seinustu árum, semja og taka upp en lögin og textarnir sem hún semur eru um hennar líf, upplifanir og erfiðleika og raunveruleikann sjálfan. Tónlistinn hennar er blanda af pop, r&b, indie og jazz.
2024 kom út fyrsta breiðskífan hennar „Inn í borgina" við frábæra dóma og viðbrögð og þar á meðal valin sem plata vikunnar hjá Rás2.
